The pretty little town of Newtonmore is situated close by with good shops hotels / restaurants’ and main line railway station, the Villages of Kingussie and Aviemore  are also within easy reach, local activities include Quad Biking, Land Rover tours, 4x4 Driving, Clay Pigeon Shooting, White Water Rafting, Canyoning, Golf, Horse Riding, Water Sports, Winter Sports, Walking, Climbing, Fishing plus an abundance of wildlife in the area for birdwatching and wildlife photography etc. Ideally situated as a base for the Aviemore & Nevis Range Ski Slopes also the Speyside Malt Whisky trail.
